Fractional Leadership
I join teams that need senior product, growth, and/or marketing leadership without the cost of another full-time executive. I become part of the team, help make decisions, own the outcomes, and leave behind stronger skills, sharper processes, and a team that can keep moving.
Focused Projects
When there's a specific challenge to tackle, I jump in for a defined engagement. That might be a product audit, a launch, a growth initiative, or a strategy project. We start with a clear goal and work toward a clear outcome.
Advising
I advise founders and leaders who want another perspective from someone who's been through it before. The conversations are practical, candid, and focused on helping you make better decisions.
