I built the Mobile App program and launched the first in-house e-commerce app for American Eagle Outfitters, which quadrupled app revenue. I eventually ran Digital Product and Innovation, leading new ideas, technologies, and processes.
Work
Teams where I've led & built.
After we sold Mobiata to Expedia, I led global product marketing and growth strategy for the first Expedia booking app. We launched to a worldwide audience, reaching #1 in the Travel category across 42 countries.
I was brought in during Blue Origin's massive growth phase to help lead communications and digital engagement strategy. Most of the specifics are under NDA, but it was unforgettable work.
I served as acting Head of Mobile at Purple, building the mobile practice from the ground up. I hired the team, set the strategy, and built products that elevated the hardware, not just controlled it. When I left, the company had a mobile discipline that didn't exist when I joined.
I was brought in to supercharge Mobile App efforts as well as mentor the Product team. The result was the mobile app driving over 50% of digital revenue and a transformation of F21's digital engagement.
As Head of Mobile and Innovation at Toys R Us, I revamped the Mobile App experience and built products that transformed customer and employee engagement. One doubled employee productivity with customers. Another doubled baby registry revenue.
Mobiata was a travel startup with the #1 paid travel app. I was the founding Marketing executive. We developed our own award-winning apps as well as built apps for travel clients. We grew the company quickly and were acquired by Expedia.
Feed.fm makes it easy, fast, and legal for businesses to add curated music to their digital products. I worked with them in their early days, helping them find their product legs so the platform could keep scaling. They went on to be named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Music Companies of 2026.
Migo simplified urban mobility by aggregating every ride option (Uber, Lyft, Lime, etc.) into one app. I spearheaded the partnership with Apple and advised on growth strategy, helping take the app from launch to over 100,000 users.
Advisory
Exits I helped along the way.
Queuehop
Queuehop, later Caper, built an elegant self-checkout product that evolved into AI-powered smart shopping carts. I advised the founding team on product strategy and viability.
Peekabuy
Peekabuy launched StyleIt, an app that used AI to pick outfits for the user. I worked with the founder on growth and marketing, leading to features in Wired and on the App Store.
